Takes the time and stress out of building a chimney breast.
1/ The support frame is fixed to the wall leaving a small gap above the fire to avoid resonance.
3/ Repeat the process with the left hand panel.
5/ To finish. Use a fine nail punch to sink the pins below the surface. Then apply a small amount of Pollyfilla to fill the joint and the pinholes.

4 STANDARD SIZES:
1000mm wide x 1450mm high
1000mm wide x 1900mm high
1200mm wide x 1450mm high
1200mm wide x 1900mm high
2/ The right hand panel is then fixed onto the support frame by screwing through the pine batten.
4/ The front panel is fixed in position with panel pins. These are nailed through pre-drilled holes in the side panels.
Finally...
Sand flat the joint and the pinholes. Your chimney breast is ready to top coat.
